This late 30s dress is a classic that can be dressed up or down with a simple accessory change.  Soft, dark brown velvet.  Gathering at the front bodice seam over a peaked waist.  3/4 sleeves.  Straight skirt.  Unlined.  Side metal zipper.  The neckline shape can be changed or dressed up with dress clips (like the ones shown that are sold separately ).
